Why to try it as a coach?
You can track the history of your consumers and see their progress and chat with them directly in the app. You don't need a seperate app for plans and for the communication with your consumers. You can see a review of each training and leave a review for each consumer.
Why to try it as a consumer?
To use the app you do not need a coach. You can start trainings on your own, create your own training and track your progress. Whenever you find it necessary, you can request a connection with a coach we will help you.
